Tamara Gerlach

Tamara (“Tam”) has called Suisun Valley home since 2020. A lifelong entrepreneur with a passion for wellness, education, and community, she has owned Encore Gymnastics in Walnut Creek since 1989, inspiring generations of local youth. Most recently, she partnered with Dorene Adams to establish Wild Oak Wellness at Manka’s Corner, creating a space for health, healing, and lifelong learning.

Lacy DeQuattro

Lacy DeQuattro is a lifelong Suisun Valley resident, co-owner of Farmer’s Closet, and a passionate advocate for supporting local businesses and preserving the valley’s agricultural heritage. With deep family roots in the community, she also has more than 19 years of experience with NorthBay Health and has proudly served as a first responder for over two decades. Through her work in healthcare, public safety, and small business, Lacy is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community she proudly calls home.

Amber Blanc

Amber Blanc is a fourth-generation Suisun Valley resident and co-owner of Farmer’s Closet by Cowboy Nonie’s Boutique, a family-owned business that celebrates the valley’s agricultural heritage, and close-knit community. She is also a dedicated public servant with over 20 years of experience in forensic investigations and currently works in the Forensic Services Bureau for the Solano County Sheriff’s.

Wendy De Coito

Wendy De Coito is a fifth-generation Fairfield-Suisun native and a passionate advocate for the people, agriculture, and wineries that make Suisun Valley unique. As the founder of the Suisun Valley Filling Station, she has created a welcoming gathering place that showcases local wines, supports small producers, and celebrates the valley’s rich agricultural heritage. Wendy is dedicated to preserving and promoting Suisun Valley through community engagement and local partnerships.

Director

Mark Hall

Mark Hall is a 29-year resident of Suisun Valley with a deep appreciation for the land, agriculture, and rural character that make the valley unique. On his 31-acre Dove Nest Ranch along Gordon Valley Road, Mark grows walnuts, apples, and citrus and has personally designed and built the property’s home and production buildings as part of an ongoing passion for the land. A lifelong entrepreneur with experience across real estate, hospitality, sports, technology, and food and beverage, Mark brings a broad perspective to his commitment to Suisun Valley. He is dedicated to preserving the valley’s agricultural heritage and supporting a vibrant, sustainable future for the community.
